CONSTRUCTIONS : New build of 12 townhouses from a old petrol station in Cromer

Following the completion of the basement works by the client, we took over full construction management of 12 double-brick townhouses. Our scope included coordinating the pouring of ground and first-floor slabs, constructing retaining walls, and overseeing the structural framing through to lock-up stage. Throughout the build, we worked closely with the client to revise and refine internal layouts maximising spatial efficiency and improving overall functionality. The project was successfully delivered up to lock-up, with all assigned works completed to a high standard before handover.
